You may obtain a copy of a crime report from the Madera Police Department by completing an Application For Release Of Information, and bringing it to Records at 330 South C Street. You may mail in your application, however, a self-addressed, stamped envelope with sufficient postage is required for  your request  to be processed by mail. There may be fees associated (see fee schedule, below) with your copy of the report. Should additional fees apply, submit proper payment to insure prompt handling of your request.

Reports dated 2001 or later will be processed upon receipt of the application. Reports which are dated 2000 or older will require seven (7) days to process.
