Vehicle Releases
The Madera Police Department may impound a vehicle for 30-days for a violation of driving without a license or with a suspended license. If you are the legal owner, you may be able to repossess that vehicle from an impound or storage yard prior to the end of the 30-day waiting period, by filling out the Early Release form and bringing it to the police department Records office.
