The Administration provides the overall management of the City. The Administration is directly responsible to the City Council, which is the policy-making body of the City of Madera.
The Assistant City Administrator, in addition to serving as a special aide to the Administrator and as Administrator in his absence, monitors, contracts and coordinates Downtown Business and Parking District activities; budgets and coordinates the City’s Central Services Division; coordinates the Community Development Block Grant Entitlement Program; and conducts special studies as assigned.
