Oversight Board of the Successor Agency of the Madera Redevelopment Agency

The Madera City Council elected to serve as the Successor Agency to the former Madera Redevelopment Agency at their meeting on January 11, 2012. 

Each Successor Agency has an Oversight Board that has authority over the former redevelopment agency and its financial affairs.  The Oversight Board is comprised of representatives of the local agencies that serve the redevelopment project area, which include the city, the county, special districts and K-14 educational agencies.  Oversight Board members have a fiduciary responsibility to holders of enforceable obligations, as well as to the local agencies that would benefit from property tax distributions from the former redevelopment project area.

The Oversight Board is made up of the following seven (7) members:

1. Brett Frazier, Chairperson
Mayor of the Madera City Council, appointed by the Madera City Council

2. Stell Manfredi, Vice Chairperson
Representing a member of the public, appointed by the Madera County Board of Supervisors

3. Ric Arredondo, Board Member
Member appointed by the Chancellor of California Community Colleges

4. Ronn Dominici, Board Member
 Chairman of the Madera County Board of Supervisors, appointed by the Board of Supervisors

5. Donald Horal, Board Member
Member appointed by the Madera County Mosquito & Vector Control District, representing the largest Special District 

6. Dr. Cecilia Massetti, Board Member
Superintendent of Schools, representing the Madera County Office of Education 

7. Bob Wilson, Board Member
Member representing the former Madera Redevelopment Agency employees, appointed by the Madera City Council
