Andrew J. Medellin Mayor Pro Tem Andrew J. Medellin Andrew “Andy” Medellin was first appointed to serve on the Madera City Council on July 1, 2011 to fill a vacant seat on the City Council for a term through December 5, 2012. Andy is currently serving as Prior to being appointed to the Madera City Council, Andy served on the City of Madera Planning Commission from 1998 through 2004 and again from 2007 through 2011. He also served as the Commission’s Chairman for three terms. Council Members also serve as Board Members of the Madera Redevelopment Agency and Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Madera.
