6:00 p.m. - Closed Session
6:30 p.m. - Regular Session

Regular meetings of the Madera City Council are held the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Closed Session, 6:30 p.m. Regular Session in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 205 West Fourth Street. 

City Council agendas are posted on the bulletin board at City Hall at least 72 hours (generally Friday) prior to the meeting and to the website no later than Monday prior to the meeting. 

Supporting staff reports are available for viewing by the public in the City Clerk's Office on Monday prior to the meeting.  Copies may be requested for a fee.
