Prior to the passage of SB 975, the Agency participated in development incentives to attract new manufacturers to the area. Past projects include Le Saint Logistics, Seal Air and Upright. Due to SB 975 limitations, the Agency activities have focused on the assembly of parcels for public or private development projects.
