Madera Police Chief Michael Kime is a standard bearer of what is expected of the Patrol Division.  Chief Kime is a proponent of community oriented policing and challenges his officers to interact with the residents of Madera to identify problems and implement effective solutions that promote lasting partnerships between the Madera Police Department and the people of Madera.
