AB 987Pursuant to AB 987, redevelopment agencies are required to compile and maintain a database of existing, new, and substantially rehabilitated housing units assisted with moneys from the Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund, or used to satisfy the agency’s replacement housing or production obligations. The database must be updated annually and made available to the public on the Internet. Six housing programs are detailed on the attached databases. Please be aware this is not a listing of current available housing.
EOPSPursuant to AB 1X 26, at a special meeting of the Madera Redevelopment Agency held on August 17, 2011, the Agency Board adopted the Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule (EOPS) by Resolution No. MRA-1490. A copy of the payment schedule can be viewed on the link below. At the January 11, 2012 meeting of the Madera Redevelopment Agency, the Agency Board adopted an updated Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule (EOPS) by Resolution No. MRA-1496 to cover the period beginning January 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012.
