Come see what Madera is doing to become a “greener” and more sustainable city.  The City of Madera is currently working on a three phase sustainability plan.  The first phase includes those projects or programs which the city is already doing but plan on enhancing these sustainability elements.  The second phase is a listing or programs and projects which the city can successfully implement in the next 6-12 months.  The third phase is a list of signature “silver-bullet” sustainability projects.  All of these projects indicate our commitment to the community of making Madera a better and more sustainable place to live work and play.
