Tax Credit Projects


The Agency participates in the funding of multifamily projects funded primarily by tax credits and state and federal grants. Past projects include:

  • Sunrise Terrace (52 units)
  • Las Brisas Senior Apartments (81 units)
  • The Crossings at Madera (64 units)

Future projects include Arborpoint, a 65 unit apartment complex to be located at Clark and Owens streets.
