Also included in the plant expansion were an odor control and a water reclamation system to provide water for plant purposes. In addition, the Division is charged with preventative maintenance and upkeep of all mechanical equipment and facilities, maintaining energy efficient plant operations, pretreatment program administration, ground water monitoring; septage waste management; and maintenance of grounds, landscaping and effluent disposal fields; the plant has 320 acres of land for effluent percolation and evaporation.
